When someone as young and loved as Mie gets taken from us we feel powerless and it all seems so unfair! We ask ourselves why, why her?? Why now? -- And it is impossible for us who are left behind not to feel this way. But instead of cursing the gods we should all think about what we could learn from Mie’s story, what changes we can do during our own time in this world, and in a way try to find some meaning with her death!
Mie will always remind me that life is here everyday and it is my own responsibility and duty to make the best out of what I am offered, and don’t take anything for granted! Mie lived that way, and I will do my very best to do as well!
